We are committed to providing you with quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, and it has not be worn, please return it to us within 21 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund the purchase price using the method by which you originally paid.

Postage is not refundable on returns. All exchanges and reorders will be charged the standard $6.00 delivery charge within New Zealand, and the calculated weight based cost on all overseas parcels.
